Accessibility Statement

Effective: June 5, 2026 · Last updated: June 5, 2026

CleanPro Gloucester is committed to making cpcleanpro.com usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines cover keyboard navigation, color contrast, alternative text for images, semantic structure, and form labeling.

What we've done so far

  • Used a semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy and landmark elements.
  • Provided meaningful alt text on images.
  • Chosen color combinations that meet WCAG 4.5:1 contrast for body text and 3:1 for large text.
  • Ensured all interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields) are reachable and operable by keyboard alone.
  • Labeled every form field so screen readers can announce it correctly.
  • Avoided auto-playing audio or video, flashing content, and animations that can't be paused.
  • Provided multiple ways to reach us — phone, email, and an estimate form — so no one is locked out by a single mode.

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We're aware that:

  • Some embedded third-party tools (when added — e.g., the online scheduler) may not fully meet our standard. We will choose the most accessible options available and document any known gaps.
  • Photos pulled from third-party sources may have generic alt text until we replace them with on-the-job photos with descriptive captions.

If something isn't working for you

If you have trouble using any part of cpcleanpro.com, please tell us. We will help you complete what you came to do and we'll work to fix the underlying issue.

When you contact us about accessibility, please tell us: (a) the page or feature you were using, (b) what you were trying to do, (c) the assistive technology or browser you were using, if applicable, and (d) the best way to reach you. We respond within five business days.

Service accessibility

CleanPro's cleaning and restoration services are available to all customers in our service area. If you have specific accessibility needs at your home or business that we should know about before our crew arrives (e.g., mobility considerations, sensitivity to scents or noise, communication preferences), please mention them when you request your estimate and we'll plan accordingly.
